Children's Dream Catcher Making and Mindfulness Workshop - Age 5-16

To expand on our 'Holistic Mondays' we are running a Dream Catcher Making and Mindfulness Workshop in the morning for children during the Holidays. I will share with them some of my Reiki knowledge of Reiki Jin Kei Do which is an Eastern teaching of buddhist healing and universal energies. We will make dream catchers with a variety of beautiful colours and feathers. As traditionally dreamcatchers were sacred and used for protection we encourage the children to bring an item that is special to them to incorporate. This could be a feather, a shell, dried flower/leaf etc Do not worry however if this is forgotten we will have plenty of items to choose from.
