Mersea Island Expressions Beach Retreat - 3pm - 7pm 19th August 2023

We begin our gathering with a guided moving meditation on the beach, followed by a walk to our campfire enjoying all the the birds and wildlife along the way with knowledgeable local guides.
Upon reaching the campfire we will connect in a healing Reiki circle to share positive energies and send to anyone we think is in need. Followed with acknowledging our own wellbeing needs in a letter.
We will enjoy a canvas beach art session with an incredibly talented local artist who will be on hand for tips and advice. All materials provided.
After our session we'll enjoy a cooked dinner by the open fire while our qualified beauticians go around the circle doing Indian head, Seated back or Hand and Arm massage for anyone that would like one.
Finishing on a sweet note with toasted Gourmet,100% natural,no artificial colours, marshmallows and hot chocolate/tea.
