We begin our gathering with a guided moving meditation on the beach, followed by a walk to our campfire enjoying all the the birds and wildlife along the way with knowledgeable local guides.
Upon reaching the campfire we will connect in a healing Reiki circle to honour the summer solstice light and send to anyone we think is in need.
We will enjoy making a Sun catcher with all materials provided while enjoying the sound of the waves.
After our session we'll toast Gourmet,100% natural,no artificial colours, marshmallows and drink hot chocolate/tea, while our qualified beauticians go around the circle doing Indian head, Seated back or Hand and Arm massage to ensure everyone leaves feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.
